Palm Syrup (500ml)


The "Gomeran palm honey" is the star product of the Gomeran cuisine and is considered a delicacy, a delicatessen of great prestige in the Canary Islands and beyond, since the organoleptic qualities of this honey together with the process it requires and the multiple gastronomic uses for which it is used have resulted in palm honey being understood as an exclusive product and a reference for La Gomera.

The final product is obtained from the cooking of the guarapo. The guarapo is collected in the morning and once cleaned of impurities, it is cooked for hours to find the perfect cooking point. Once preserved, honey has a long shelf life and its gastronomic, medicinal and dietetic properties are extraordinary.
